Hello all,
I have an old 702 Bright monitor.
Unfortunately one of the back battery plates has been damaged and the NPF pins have been ripped off the monitor. This has left only one side working.
For my focus setup I use an NPF to V-lock plate adapter and although the monitor has a 2nd plate on the back it's not working well either.
The pins don't seem to be the right size for any NPF battery/ accessory, so I keep on getting power dropouts every time the monitor moves slightly.
I have sent my monitor to CVP for repair but they have said it's too old and they don't have any spare parts,

The battery slots should be dual purpose working with Canon LP-E6 batteries as well on the top pins.
Are those working fine or is the entire plate damaged and not just the NPF pins?

Got that, it’s very useful, but it means having a cable dangling from the back of the monitor, instead of having the V-lock battery connected directly to the back of the monitor, no lose bits no extra connections.
